This stage entails home preparations to make sure there is no damage to the home. Permits are applied, framing and materials are delivered. This is the rough-in Stage.
The construction work begins by carefully removing current materials and getting started with replacements, finishing and more. This is where the main renovation work is done.
Final touches such as flooring, plug and light changes, fixture changes are all undertaken. Touch ups are given before the homeowner can do a walk through on the completion of the project.
